WILMINGTON, DE — InterDigital, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC) has entered into a new patent license agreement with Lenovo, with binding arbitration set to determine the final terms. This process will resolve all pending litigations between the two companies.
Eeva Hakoranta, Chief Licensing Officer at InterDigital, stated, “When disputes do arise in licensing negotiations, binding arbitration provides for a sophisticated global dispute resolution mechanism.”
The agreement enables Lenovo to utilize InterDigital’s advancements in wireless, video, and AI technologies for its products, such as smartphones and PCs.
