PHILADELPHIA, PA — IntegriChain has acquired BridgeView Data Solutions, the commercial data warehouse and data aggregation assets of BridgeView Life Sciences LLC (formerly Coeus Solutions). This acquisition aims to offer pharmaceutical manufacturers advanced data aggregation and AI-assisted data exploration capabilities.
Pharmaceutical companies face increasing pressure to improve profitability. “Pharma is under pressure to improve profitability like never before,” said Josh Halpern, CEO of IntegriChain. “Legacy commercial strategies have resulted in flat or declining net revenue. To return to profitable growth, manufacturers need to connect their commercial, financial, and operational data.”
The acquisition allows IntegriChain and BridgeView to integrate first- and third-party data, enhancing commercial execution and revenue cycles in the pharma industry. The combined platform will provide analytics that can significantly impact access, affordability, patient service, channel, and field investments.
This transaction marks IntegriChain’s sixth acquisition and the first since partnering with Nordic Capital. Halpern emphasized the synergy between the two companies, stating, “We are thrilled to join forces with BridgeView Data Solutions. Together, we will deliver a platform that meets the needs of the Pharma industry by integrating all relevant data.”
Mike Zubey, CEO of BridgeView Life Sciences, highlighted the growing importance of high-quality first-party data for commercial and operational execution. “High-quality first-party data – especially first-party patient-level data – is increasingly essential,” Zubey said. He added that the integration with IntegriChain would enhance the flow of commercial and net revenue data, optimizing decision-making processes.
IntegriChain has established itself as an innovator in net revenue optimization. By adding BridgeView’s capabilities, the company aims to embed these strengths into pharma’s commercial execution strategies, helping manufacturers bring their scientific innovations to market more efficiently.
With this acquisition, IntegriChain continues to pursue ambitious growth targets while providing comprehensive data solutions to the pharmaceutical industry.
