Edward H. Orzetti, CEO of ImageFIRST, has joined the Board of Directors of the Textile Rental Services Association (TRSA). After joining the board in 2022, Hopper recently began his second term, which will conclude in 2027. Since 2022, Chip Malboeuf, Vice President of Engineering at ImageFIRST, has served as a member of the Association for Linen Management (ALM) Board of Directors. Last November, Malboeuf delivered a Productivity and Performance Metrics class, introducing Lean Six Sigma principles, key performance indicators, and interactive activities like the Kanban Method. This session provided participants with actionable strategies to enhance operational efficiency, exemplifying his dedication to innovative engineering in the textile care sector.
