Hidden River Strategic Capital

RADNOR, PA — Hidden River Strategic Capital, a Radnor-based investment firm, recently announced its latest investment in Realty Landscaping, a leader in commercial landscaping and exterior services. The investment was completed in partnership with Hullson Partners to fuel the continued expansion of the company.

Realty Landscaping, founded in 1985, has grown into one of the largest privately held firms in the Mid-Atlantic region. The company offers a wide range of commercial landscaping and exterior services. With this fresh injection of capital, Realty aims to build upon its technology-driven landscaping platform.

“We are beyond excited to partner with the Hidden River and Hullson teams,” said Realty CEO Kevin Craig. He emphasized the importance of finding partners who shared their vision of a tech-focused landscaping platform. “The partnership with Hidden River and Hullson provides us the opportunity to expand on the legacy that has been built while executing a growth strategy that will enhance the services we provide to our valued customers.”

This marks the second investment from Hidden River’s inaugural fund. Co-Founder and Partner, Todd Morrissey, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to partner with Realty as the company expands on the foundation that has been built over the prior 30+ years.” Morrissey further highlighted that the investment aligns well with Hidden River’s structured capital approach, which supports small businesses’ organic and acquisition-related growth initiatives through flexible debt and equity solutions.

In addition to the Realty investment, Hidden River also announced the addition of two new members to its team. Jyothi Rajendran, previously with PwC and Deutsche Bank, has joined as Controller, while Matthew Duey, formerly of MTS Health Partners and KPMG, has come on board as Associate.
