CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Helix by HL, a joint venture between AI platform for wealth, TIFIN, and global private markets investment manager, Hamilton Lane, has successfully raised $6 million in its Seed+ funding round. The post-money valuation of the firm now stands at $26 million. FINTOP Capital, known for its strategic investments in financial technology, led the funding round.
Launched in June 2023, Helix aims to simplify alternative investing by equipping wealth advisors with the necessary tools and insights to navigate this complex asset class. Powered by Hamilton Lane’s proprietary data and industry expertise, the platform is designed for future integration within wealth platforms and digital marketplaces used by advisors and investors seeking allocations to the private markets.
This round of funding marks a significant milestone for TIFIN’s TIFIN.AI initiative, which co-develops new AI platforms with leading financial services firms to enhance their capabilities in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-powered wealth technology.
