Since joining Health Advocate in 2023 as Vice President of Business Development, Vandeveer has leveraged his 30+ years of expertise in HR technology, benefits brokerage, and health insurance to deliver strong results. His career includes leadership roles at Aetna, Aon, Transamerica, and Businessolver, where he built high-performing teams and spearheaded strategic growth initiatives.

Under his leadership, the company has already recruited top talent and secured key client partnerships, reinforcing its position as a leader in advocacy and well-being services.
