Haverford Trust Appoints Rosemary DiRita to Lead Philanthropic Advisory Services

RADNOR, PA — The Haverford Trust Company has announced the appointment of Rosemary DiRita as Vice President and Philanthropic Advisor, a newly created leadership role aimed at expanding the firm’s services for nonprofit organizations. DiRita will oversee the newly established Philanthropic Advisory Services practice, which offers nonprofits strategic advice, education, and resources to complement their investment solutions.

Rosemary brings 25 years of philanthropy and nonprofit relationship management expertise to the role. Most recently, she served as Managing Director and Team Leader for Endowments and Foundations at Glenmede Trust Company. Her distinguished career also includes key roles at AmeriCorps, Bike & Build Inc., and Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland.

Having earned a Master’s degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s from Boston College, DiRita is also an active member of the Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia and volunteers with Villa Maria Academy high school’s Endowment Committee and The Fund for Women and Girls Investment Committee.
