The incident took place in the early hours of Wednesday, October 25th, 2023, around 12:57 AM in the vicinity of Reese and Pike Streets and Fairhill and Pike Streets in the 25th District.
The suspect, captured in surveillance footage, is a crucial part of their ongoing investigation. The PPD has described him as a light-complexioned Hispanic male, who appears to be in his mid-twenties to early thirties. He stands between 5’7″ and 5’10” tall with a thin build. Authorities believe that he may frequent the area of 4000 N. Reese Street.
