PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — Harmony Biosciences Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: HRMY) has announced the addition of Ron Philip, President and CEO of Orbital Therapeutics, to its Board of Directors. Philip brings three decades of expertise in scaling businesses, leading development strategies, and driving commercialization of novel therapies, making him a valuable addition to Harmony during its growth phase.
Philip previously served as CEO of Spark Therapeutics, where he oversaw the launch of an innovative gene therapy for inherited blindness and expanded the company’s platform to target broader diseases and secure new technologies. His earlier roles at Spark included Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. Before Spark, Philip held senior leadership positions at Pfizer and Wyeth, gaining experience across regions and business functions including strategy, business development, and commercial innovation.
