KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Goddard Systems, LLC (GSL) has announced the appointment of Deborah Thomas as its new chief human resources officer. With a mission to enhance the company’s human capital strategy, Thomas will oversee talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development. Her leadership is expected to be central in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent at GSL.

Dennis R. Thomas brings over 30 years of experience in human resources, having served in leadership roles across various industries such as technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, e-commerce, and financial services. Most recently, she was the chief people officer at Somos, Inc., where she played a key role in driving company growth and fostering a strong corporate culture.

Thomas is an alumna of Hampton University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in finance, and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where she received her MBA. Her dedication to leadership and community is reflected in her service on various boards, including the Rhode Island State Workforce Investment Board and the nonprofit Positive Impact Health Centers.
