Her career is marked by a commitment to excellence, underscored by a degree in Hotel Management and a rich background in financials, operations, and revenue management. Previously, she held executive roles at Aimbridge Hospitality, where she was Vice President of Operations. Her expertise spans numerous markets and ownership types, making her an excellent addition to GF Hotels & Resorts as it continues its growth trajectory. Outside of work, Melinda is passionate about travel, photography, and supporting Habitat for Humanity.
Steve Cadaret brings a robust track record in hotel operations to his new role. His experience with various brands has honed his ability to enhance revenue and guest experiences. Steve is committed to employee development and fostering a positive work environment through retention strategies and career growth initiatives. Before joining GF Hotels & Resorts, he was a Regional Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality, managing the Michigan and Illinois markets. Steve enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in sports and outdoor activities.
