GF Hotels & Resorts Appoints Marcus Marshall as Vice President of Food and Beverage

PHILADELPHIA, PAGF Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Marcus Marshall as Vice President of Food and Beverage. Bringing nearly 30 years of experience, Marcus is set to enhance the company’s food and beverage operations.

Before joining GF Hotels & Resorts, Marcus held leadership roles in various prominent restaurant and hospitality groups. His career includes overseeing development, operations, and financial management of restaurants, bars, and hotel food and beverage contracts. Notably, he led a top hospitality firm’s food and beverage operation to achieve a $20 million revenue milestone, earning recognition from prestigious restaurant publications.

In his new role, Marcus will oversee all food and beverage operations across GF Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio. He will work closely with the senior executive team to address each property’s needs, focusing on revenue and profit management.

Marcus resides in Dallas, Texas, with his fiancé and enjoys traveling, cooking, exercising, and spending time with their Labrador, Elvis.
