Michael Willette has been named Chief Growth Officer, while Nikant Ohri joins as Chief Financial Officer.

Michael Willette brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare and insurance, serving both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. In his new role, Willette will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and fostering strong community connections. Before joining Gaudenzia, he was the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at a prominent addiction treatment company, where he played a key role in developing multi-million-dollar strategies to enhance partnerships and operational efficiencies across various U.S. regions.

Nikant Ohri, a seasoned financial expert with more than two decades of fiscal management experience, will oversee the financial operations of Gaudenzia, its foundation, and subsidiaries. Previously, Ohri served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a major social services organization in New York City, managing the financial performance of several departments across multiple sites.
