PHILADELPHIA, PA — Fynd™, Philadelphia’s popular mobile app for discovering citywide events and specials, is set to host its first-ever “Bring-A-Friend Ugly Sweater Tavern Tour” in the vibrant Fishtown neighborhood.
The event, scheduled for Saturday, December 16th, 2023, from noon to 6:00 pm, kicks off at Garage Fishtown, promising a day of festive fun, food, and drink specials across nine participating venues. Participants will have the chance to explore popular local establishments such as Two Robbers Fishtown, Fette Sau, Murph’s Bar, Sancho Pistola’s, Meyers Brewing Company, Humble Parlor Brewing, Interstate Draft House, and Lloyd Whisky.
Max Thalheimer, the founder of Fynd™, invites patrons to refer a friend to sign up for the free app. In return, both parties receive a free wristband, granting them access to all Tavern Tour food and drink specials, prizes, activities, and more. Wristbands will also be available for purchase.
Thalheimer hints at exciting rewards, including two free Eagles tickets, prizes for random drawings, contest winners, and those with the most referrals. “This will be a top-shelf holiday event in Fishtown, and I hope to see many of you on Saturday, December 16th!” he enthused.
Founded in 2021, Fynd™ has quickly become a favorite tool for Philadelphians and visitors alike, seeking real-time updates on happenings, specials, and more in bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues across the city. The app prides itself on being hyper-local and is updated 24/7 by the venues themselves.
From food and drink specials, game nights, watch parties, comedy, live music, to trivia nights, Fynd™ ensures that fun in Philadelphia is only a tap away. “We created Fynd because other restaurant and bar apps offer just the basics,” says Thalheimer. “Fynd is dynamic and purpose-built for those who want to know what’s going on around them at our amazing local businesses in real-time.”
