PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Fishtown District has announced the return of its summer-long weekly happy hour event, Fishtown Taps. Starting today, June 11, and running every Tuesday through October 29, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, this event promises exciting drink deals and delicious bites at some of Philadelphia’s hottest bars, restaurants, and breweries.
Fishtown Taps will feature $5 beers, $6 wines, and $7 signature cocktails across over two dozen participating locations. Many venues will also offer special appetizer and small plate deals, making it an ideal way to explore the vibrant Fishtown dining scene.
Participants include popular spots such as Alamodak Middle Eastern Grill, Bottle Bar East, Cedar Point, Evil Genius Beer Company, Fette Sau, Fishtown Social, and more. The list is growing, with new participants to be added throughout the summer.
The Fishtown District has partnered with the FYND app to provide weekly updates and showcase the specials. Max Thalheimer, founder of FYND, highlights how the app will help visitors easily find the best drink deals and events happening around the city.
“Last year we introduced ‘Fishtown Taps’ to bring people to Fishtown and Kensington during the week with the incentive of specialty cocktails, beer, and wine,” said Marc Collazzo, Executive Director of the Fishtown District. “We are excited to once again see the streets filled with new shoppers and visitors. This extends not only to the participating establishments but to the retail stores, shops, and services here as well.”
