PHILADELPHIA, PA — Diversified Search Group has named Felicia McGinty as Managing Director. Known for her leadership in higher education, McGinty brings strategic expertise and a dedication to developing future leaders.
In her new role, McGinty will spearhead initiatives to enhance executive search solutions. She will focus on placing top talent in academic and administrative leadership roles.

McGinty’s career includes notable achievements at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, University of California Santa Cruz, and Penn State University Park. At Rutgers, she served as Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and later as Executive Vice Chancellor for Administration and Planning.

Her awards include the New Jersey Women of Achievement Award and recognition as one of 25 Outstanding Women in Higher Education by Diverse Issues in Higher Education.
