traffic alert expect delays

FALLS TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced plans for vegetation clearing along Falls-Tullytown Road in Falls Township, Bucks County. This maintenance will necessitate a temporary road closure, which is expected to affect traffic flow in the area for most of the day.

The scheduled closure will occur on Tuesday, December 3, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, during which Falls-Tullytown Road will be closed to through traffic between Mill Creek Parkway and Penn Valley Road. To facilitate travel during this time, a detour will redirect motorists via Penn Valley Road, U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike), and Mill Creek Parkway.

Local access will remain available for residents and businesses within the closure zone. However, drivers are urged to plan ahead and allow extra time for travel, as delays and traffic backups are anticipated in and around the work area.

All work is subject to change based on weather conditions. Motorists are advised to proceed with caution in areas near construction crews, obey detour signage, and heed any instructions provided by workers to ensure safety.
