BROOMALL, PA — Factor4 has announced an expanded partnership with the Whittle Group, a leader in payment technology innovation. This collaboration aims to extend the reach of Factor4’s successful gift and loyalty card solutions across a wider range of payment terminals.
The partnership has already proven fruitful, with Factor4 leveraging Whittle Group’s technology to develop the Gift and Loyalty – Tetra application. This application operates smoothly on Ingenico Desk 3500, Desk 5000, and Move 5000 terminals. Building on this success, Factor4 plans to expand its offerings to additional Ingenico models, including the Desk 2600, Lane 3600, Link 2500, and Link 2500i. This move is designed to better serve Factor4’s merchants and partners by providing advanced solutions tailored to their needs.
Looking forward, Factor4 is set to expand onto the Ingenico AXIUM terminal line. This demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
Dan Battista, CEO of Factor4, expressed his enthusiasm for the expanded partnership. “We are thrilled to further strengthen our collaboration with Whittle Group,” he said. “This expansion allows us to offer even more comprehensive gift and loyalty solutions to our merchants and ISO partners, empowering them to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.”

We are pleased that Dan and his team have selected Whittle Group to continue providing the terminal applications and other technology for exciting expansions in Factor4’s products.”
By expanding the range of supported terminals, Factor4 aims to provide merchants with versatile tools to improve customer engagement and boost sales. The ongoing collaboration with Whittle Group ensures that Factor4 remains at the forefront of payment technology, continually enhancing its offerings to meet the evolving needs of the market.
