Evolve IP

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Montgomery County, PA-based Evolve IP is embracing a new phase of leadership as it recently announced the appointment of Jeff Coursen as Chief Executive Officer. Coursen, who joined the company in 2017 as CFO and Strategic Adviser, brings over two decades of experience in operations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic planning within the technology landscape.

Coursen succeeds Pete Stevenson, who has decided to step down from his position as CEO. “It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to lead Evolve IP in this next chapter,” said Coursen. “We are focused on executing our go-to-market strategy, driving innovation, and leveraging the deep technical expertise within the company.”

The leadership shuffle extends beyond the CEO role, with other key executives taking on new responsibilities as part of the transition.

Peter Eisengrein, a founding partner of Evolve IP and previously its Executive Vice President, has been promoted to Chief Product Officer. Eisengrein has been instrumental in establishing the company’s global Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) networks. In his new role, Eisengrein will helm product design, innovation, and long-term strategy for Evolve IP’s portfolio of solutions.

Martin Call, who joined the company in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Client Success, has been elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Call will oversee the company’s global support and service delivery teams, ensuring client retention and satisfaction by delivering seamless onboarding and unparalleled technical support.

Finally, Bryan VanderGast, formerly the Executive Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller, has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer. VanderGast will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting functions, the success of Evolve IP’s accounting team, and the timely and accurate execution of financial reporting.
