PHILADELPHIA, PA — This summer, Evil Genius Beer Company is rolling out a series of engaging, family-friendly beer garden events sure to please both human and canine guests. With free admission and a variety of activities, the Fishtown-based brewery invites everyone to join in the fun.
On July 20th, from 12 PM to 5 PM, Evil Genius will host “Family Fest.” This event promises a delightful array of activities for both adults and children. Local face painters and balloon artists will be on hand to entertain the kids, while parents can enjoy the brewery’s craft beers. Co-founder Trevor Hayward emphasized the brewery’s commitment to being a welcoming space: “We strive to be a place where everyone is welcome and parents can enjoy a few beers with their family in comfort.” Local vendors will offer a range of goods, from plush toys to jewelry, and the brewery’s kitchen will serve finger-friendly foods along with non-alcoholic beverages like juices and sodas.
The festivities continue on July 27th with the “Puppy Pool Party” from 12 PM to 5 PM. This event transforms the beer garden into a canine oasis with portable dog pools and splash pads. It also supports Palmer Doggie Depot, Fishtown’s beloved local dog park. Marketing Manager Ryan Keller expressed the brewery’s dedication to community support: “Charity is a huge aspect of what we do here at Evil Genius. We’re huge dog lovers and are always looking to support our community. This event is a great way to combine both those efforts.” Attendees can explore dog-friendly vendors, find unique dog-themed products, and socialize with fellow pet owners.
Both events are free to attend and will take place at Evil Genius’ Beer Garden adjacent to their taproom at 1727 N. Front St. in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. The outdoor bar will be open throughout each event, ensuring a refreshing experience for all.
Evil Genius Beer Company invites the public to celebrate summer with fun-filled days designed for families and their furry friends. Join the community in creating unforgettable memories at these exciting events.
