This recognition reflects EPAM’s strong performance and client satisfaction in key areas such as account management, service delivery, and transformational capabilities.

The accolade is based on Whitelane Research’s 2025 Nordic IT Sourcing Study, which evaluated over 1,000 IT sourcing relationships from more than 450 of the region’s largest IT-spending organizations. Among 35 service providers, EPAM’s rankings were exceptional, achieving a 78% score for transformation efforts, 89% for account management quality, and 84% for service delivery. Application services also earned top scores, with EPAM ranked first at 82%.
