EPAM’s Engineering Excellence (EngX™) Program earned the Best Competencies and Skill Development award by fostering a robust engineering culture. This program has significantly improved engineer productivity, reporting a 23% increase in skills, an 18% reduction in code review and rework time, and a remarkable 500% return on investment within a year.
