PHILADELPHIA, PA — Enviri Corporation (NYSE: NVRI) has announced the appointment of Christophe Reitemeier as senior vice president and president of Harsco Environmental, effective January 1, 2025.
Reitemeier, who is part of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, will lead Harsco Environmental from its headquarters in England. He has been with the company since 1999, holding several leadership roles over the years, including his current position as vice president and chief financial officer of Harsco Environmental.
Reitemeier brings a wealth of international experience to the role, having started his career with Arthur Andersen in France and later working at DS Smith, a global packaging giant. He holds a master’s degree in management with a finance specialization from NEOMA Business School in Reims, France.
“Christophe has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision throughout his tenure with our company,” said Nick Grasberger, chairman and CEO of Enviri Corporation. “He is an accomplished leader, and his extensive international experience and deep understanding of our business make him the ideal candidate to lead Harsco Environmental into its next phase of growth. I am confident that under his leadership, we will continue to drive innovation and deliver outstanding value to our stakeholders.”
Reitemeier succeeds Mauro Curi, who passed away in September, and his appointment signals Enviri Corporation’s commitment to maintaining strong leadership and advancing its operations globally.
