WILMINGTON, DE — Enovis Corporation (NYSE: ENOV) has revealed its business segment leadership transition plan. Brady R. Shirley, the company’s President and COO, is set to retire at the end of Q1 2025. However, before stepping down, he will take on the role of Executive Advisor from April 1, 2024, focusing on the successful integration of the Lima acquisition and mentoring Enovis business leaders. Shirley will also remain a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
This announcement also highlighted the promotions of Louie Vogt and Terry Ross to executive officers effective January 2, 2024. Both will report directly to Matt Trerotola, Enovis Chair and CEO.
Louie Vogt, currently the president and general manager of surgical, will become Group President Reconstructive, leading the Company’s global reconstructive business segment. Meanwhile, Terry Ross, president of bracing and supports, will step into the role of Group President Prevention and Recovery, where he will oversee the Company’s global P&R business segment.
CEO Matt Trerotola lauded Shirley’s contributions, citing his instrumental role in shaping Enovis’ transition to a focused medical technology company and leading the Recon growth strategy. He stated that Shirley’s guidance would continue to be valuable as he transitions to retirement and remains on the board.
Trerotola also congratulated Vogt and Ross on their promotions, highlighting their stellar track records. Vogt has been acknowledged for driving double-digit growth in the U.S. surgical business, while Ross has been integral to the consistent growth and strong cash flow of the P&R segment.
With these leadership changes, Enovis aims to ensure a smooth transition, with Shirley focusing primarily on the Lima integration success and mentoring Vogt and Ross as they step into their new roles. These strategic decisions aim to underscore Enovis’ commitment to continuity and the successful execution of its growth strategies.
