RADNOR, PA — At the recent eMoney Summit, eMoney Advisor launched its latest research and previewed its product roadmap, emphasizing collaborative planning as a key to successful financial advisory. Over 1,400 financial professionals participated in the virtual event, which highlighted the company’s commitment to enhancing both client and advisor experiences.
CEO Susan McKenna opened the summit by reflecting on the company’s achievements and its focus on collaboration. “Our goal is to continue fostering an environment where advisors and clients can work seamlessly together,” she stated.
The summit featured insights from the “Planning Better Together” research, presented by Head of Financial Planning Matt Schulte and Dr. Emily Koochel, manager of financial wellness. The study, based on surveys from over 650 advisors and 1,200 clients, underscored the value clients place on being involved in the financial planning process. Koochel noted, “Personalization is essential. By tailoring the approach to each client’s unique needs, advisors lay the groundwork for effective collaboration.”
Tom Sullivan, Head of Product, introduced the product roadmap, highlighting features designed to streamline the planning process. “We’re focusing on flexibility to engage more clients efficiently,” Sullivan explained. Upcoming enhancements include the eMoney Aggregation tool, a Premium Client Portal, and improved foundational planning workflows.
The roadmap also detailed enhancements such as updates to the Decision Center, an enriched Goal Planner, and expanded support for healthcare expenses and cryptocurrency. Ricky Illigasch, VP of Product Management, emphasized, “Our commitment to enhancing every aspect of the planning experience ensures that we remain best-in-class for the next 10 years and beyond.”
The event concluded with reflections on the past year’s 30 product updates, showcasing eMoney’s dedication to evolving based on client feedback. These updates have reinforced the company’s role in delivering impactful financial planning solutions to a growing number of clients.
