RADNOR, PA — eMoney Advisor has revealed the agenda for the 2024 eMoney Summit, set to take place from October 21 to October 23. This year’s virtual event, themed “Planning Better Together,” focuses on combining human expertise with digital innovation to enhance collaborative planning experiences for financial professionals.
The Summit will feature a range of speakers, including award-winning keynote speaker and author Erica Dhawan, as well as journalist and broadcaster Roben Farzad, known for hosting public radio’s “Full Disclosure.” Additionally, attendees can look forward to lively panel discussions, tactical breakout sessions, and opportunities to earn continuing education credits.
In its eleventh year, the Summit’s theme aims to explore how human insight and digital tools can work together to deliver personalized recommendations that align with clients’ unique goals. “We’re taking last year’s research on financial psychology a step further by uncovering how advisors can leverage data-driven insights to form deeper, more collaborative client relationships,” said Rachel Eccles, head of marketing at eMoney.
Eccles added, “Through interactive technology, financial professionals can implement a dynamic, client-centered approach to meet their clients’ unique needs. We’re excited to unveil some new features on our product roadmap that will help advisors deliver more personalized and collaborative planning using eMoney.”
The three-day event will kick off with insightful research and a preview of eMoney’s product vision and roadmap. Susan McKenna, CEO of eMoney, will open the Summit and share her perspective on the importance of collaboration with clients, partners, and colleagues. Other notable presentations include:
- Matt Schulte, head of financial planning, and Emily Koochel, PhD, will present proprietary research on collaborative planning approaches and their impact on client satisfaction.
- Tom Sullivan, head of product, along with his leadership team, will explore the latest innovations and upcoming enhancements on the eMoney product roadmap.
The new features, based on client feedback and backed by research, aim to elevate both client and advisor experiences. Enhancements to the Client Portal will include streamlined navigation, improved user experience, and advanced data aggregation capabilities.
Keynote speaker Erica Dhawan will teach attendees how to enhance communication skills with rules that foster connection, build trust, and drive innovation. Meanwhile, Roben Farzad will provide an overview of the economic outlook, helping participants understand market volatility.
Participants can earn up to 15 continuing education credits through sessions accepted by the CFP Board. They can also sign up for personalized consultations, join over 30 breakout sessions, and participate in peer-to-peer roundtables. The networking lounge will offer opportunities for attendees to connect and share insights.
