PHILADELPHIA, PA — Emergence Technology Group (ETG) has announced a strategic collaboration, intending to acquire all assets from Emergence Technologies LLC. The latter is renowned for its transformational hands-free voice print technology that enhances life safety by summoning immediate assistance in diverse emergency situations.
ETG’s acquisition includes securing current and future patents for the technology, notably the mesh network employed for communication. This technology sets itself apart by guaranteeing user privacy, unlike other voice-activated technologies, as it refrains from storing any verbal data in the cloud.
Alongside this acquisition, ETG unveiled its leadership team composed of esteemed executives from life safety and security, communications technology, and finance sectors. The team includes Jonathan Kassa as CEO, Michael Gips as Chief Strategy Officer, Michael Ball as Founder and President, Jeff Snellenburg as CFO, and Deepak Chandran as Senior Technology Advisor.
Kassa, with his extensive experience in safety, security, and technology leadership, stated, “This is the culmination of years of work to create a patented, go-to-market personal safety system.” He added that ETG’s solutions will protect and save lives with technology accessible to all.
ETG has secured seed funding and will invest further in the upcoming six months for the technology’s growth and development. This move signifies ETG’s commitment to revolutionize the safety and security landscape with its innovative voice print authentication technology.
