HAVERTOWN, PA — EA Series Trust has announced that nine of its funds will shift their primary listings to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The funds set to make the move include Strive U.S. Energy ETF (NYSE Arca: DRLL), Strive 500 ETF (NYSE Arca: STRV), Strive U.S. Semiconductor ETF (NYSE Arca: SHOC), Strive Emerging Markets Ex-China ETF (NYSE Arca: STXE), Strive FAANG 2.0 ETF (NYSE Arca: FTWO), Strive 1000 Dividend Growth ETF (Nasdaq: STXD), Strive 1000 Growth ETF (Nasdaq: STXG), Strive 1000 Value ETF (Nasdaq: STXV), and Strive Small-Cap ETF (Nasdaq: STXK).

The decision to change primary listings came after careful consideration of several factors by the Board. Following the advice of the Funds’ investment adviser, the Board concluded that this move would be in the best interest of the Funds and their shareholders.

The transition is scheduled to take place at the market opening on January 10, 2024. Until the market closes on January 9, 2024, the Funds will continue regular trading on NYSE Arca, Inc., and the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC. It’s important to note that this change in listing will not impact the shareholders of the Funds.

This move represents a strategic shift for EA Series Trust, aligning its funds with the robust platform of the NYSE.
