SPRING HOUSE, PA — Dr. Soumitra Bhuyan, PhD, MPH, Executive Director and Associate Professor at Rutgers University-New Brunswick’s Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, has been named the 2025 recipient of the prestigious CAHME/Baldrige Foundation Award for Leadership Excellence.
This national award recognizes program directors who have achieved significant advancements in healthcare management education, elevating the quality of their program to meet the rigorous demands of the industry. Dr. Bhuyan is credited for his exemplary efforts in fostering innovation, inspiring future healthcare leaders, and driving continuous improvement in his role at Rutgers University’s Health Administration Program.
The award will officially be presented during the 10th Annual CAHME Awards Ceremony at the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Congress on Healthcare Leadership on March 23, 2025.
