PennDOT

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA —The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is reaching out to the community with an invitation to attend two Open Houses focused on proposed improvements along Interstate 95. These sessions will provide insights into projects stretching from the Delaware state line to I-476 in Delaware County. Key topics include the I-95/U.S. 322 Interchange and the Chester noise walls.

The Open Houses aim to update local residents on these developments and solicit public feedback. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with PennDOT’s design teams, exploring various project displays in an informal setting.

The meetings are scheduled for Monday, September 16, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at True Vine Missionary Full Gospel Baptist Church, located at 701 Morton Ave., Chester, PA 19013. A second session will occur on Tuesday, September 17, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Chester City Hall Community Room, 1 E. 4th Street, Chester, PA 19013.

These gatherings strive to provide transparency and community involvement in the planning process for critical infrastructure projects. Citizens are encouraged to attend and provide their valuable input.
