DOVER, DE — Governor John Carney announced on Friday that Eugene Young Jr., the current director of the Delaware State Housing Authority, will be stepping down from his position on March 8, 2024. Young has served as the head of the agency since 2021, making substantial contributions to the state’s housing initiatives and programs.
