Guests can expect a complete floral overhaul, with lush greenery, pastel blossoms, and hidden treasures like botanical canvases, gardening tools, and hanging watering cans. “We wanted to create an environment where guests can feel connected to the grounding and magical essence of nature,” said Co-Owner Vasiliki Tsiouris. “Every detail is aimed at providing a sense of escape and relaxation.”
The menu features seasonal highlights, such as the Blooming Burger, adorned with onion blossoms, and the Lady Bug Caprese, a fresh take on the classic salad. For something sweet, the Orange Creamsicle milkshake is an over-the-top treat complete with candied oranges and a house-made sugar cookie. Themed cocktails, like the Lavender Field Paloma and the Rose & Rye Old Fashioned, are garnished with edible flowers for a garden-inspired touch.
The restaurant’s décor sees a floor-to-ceiling transformation, with even the front booths lined with vibrant bouquets and small butterflies fluttering throughout. Co-Owner George Tsiouris noted, “We were inspired by the Philadelphia Flower Show and the city’s early spring blooms to go bigger and bolder this year. The feedback so far has been amazing—we love seeing the reactions when people first walk in!”
