WARMINSTER, PACORA Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired Kognitiv’s Enterprise Loyalty Platform (ELP), significantly bolstering its position in the loyalty technology industry. This acquisition revives the Carlson Marketing Solutions brand, a name dating back to 1938, and expands CORA’s global reach in loyalty program management.

The ELP is known for handling complex transactions efficiently while enhancing value, personalization, and targeted customer experiences. It serves more than 50 million loyalty program members across 30 countries, managing thousands of transactions per minute. Clients include major banks, retailers, and travel providers, who benefit from the platform’s robust data sciences and marketing services. The acquisition also includes the Air Miles Reward Program, the largest coalition loyalty program in the Middle East.

As part of the deal, CORA will integrate over 100 new employees from Kognitiv, spanning North America, APAC, and EMEA regions. Denis Brosnan, Portfolio Manager at CORA, will step in as CEO during the transition, ensuring smooth integration and sustained leadership.

“We are thrilled to welcome Carlson Marketing Solutions into the CORA family,” said Brosnan. He emphasized how the acquisition aligns with CORA’s goal of offering comprehensive loyalty management solutions and supporting key clients. He noted that Constellation’s business model and commitment to operational excellence will bring strength and innovation to clients and provide career development opportunities for new employees.

Kognitiv’s CEO, Tim Sullivan, also shared his excitement about the acquisition. “We are excited to see ELP and Air Miles join forces with CORA,” he said. Sullivan highlighted how the transaction allows Kognitiv to focus on data activation technologies while maintaining access to the Enterprise Loyalty Platform and RewardOps for their customers.
