BLUE BELL, PA — The Columbus Organization has announced the appointment of Ms. Chianti Davis as Vice President of IDD Care Coordination. This strategic promotion underscores the company’s expanding focus on providing dedicated leadership in care coordination for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
In her new role, Ms. Davis will manage the organization’s nationwide team of Executive State Directors specializing in IDD care. She will spearhead new initiatives in staff development, coaching, and training, ensuring a high standard of care and coordination across the board.
With over 17 years of experience, Ms. Davis brings a wealth of knowledge in behavioral health management and service coordination for individuals with diverse health challenges. Her career at Columbus has seen her progress through various leadership roles, including Vice President—Southeast, Southwest Regional Director, and Support Coordinator Supervisor. Her efforts have been pivotal in Columbus achieving its fifth consecutive three-year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
Carlos Hernandez, Senior Vice President of Care Coordination at Columbus, expressed his confidence in Davis’s abilities, saying, “Chianti is the perfect individual for this role. Ms. Davis holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Capella University and a B.S. in Business Management from Albany State University. Her leadership in piloting and developing intensive programs has been instrumental for both Columbus and the state, marking her as a pivotal figure in the organization’s growth and success.
