PHILADELPHIA, PA — Ci2 Advisors, LLC has announced the launch of a new training solution designed to enhance the communication and collaboration skills of product management and marketing teams. Developed in partnership with top Pragmatic Institute instructors Richard Nutinsky and Stacey Weber, this program aims to equip product teams with the tools needed to connect more effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Named Transforming Critical Product Conversations, the training is based on cutting-edge research in neuroscience and behavioral economics. The program helps participants better understand stakeholder needs and engage them in meaningful ways that inspire action. The solution has undergone a four-month Beta testing phase and is now generally available.

Initially, Transforming Critical Product Conversations will be available through open enrollment online workshops. The training consists of three sessions spread over three days, providing attendees the opportunity to apply what they learn in real-time. The first workshop schedule is as follows:
- June 24, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
- June 25, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
- June 26, 10:00 a.m. – Noon ET
Ci2 Advisors also plans to offer this training on-site for businesses later this year.
