Featured prominently will be the TEL-HT telecom high-temperature VRLA batteries, offering approximately 20% cost savings for operators. These batteries are engineered to withstand harsh telecom environments, providing reliable performance in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°F to 160°F.
According to Karen Pugliese, Vice President of Global Sales, “For more than 50 years, C&D has consistently met the backup power needs of service providers.” The TEL-HT batteries, designed to extend service life by up to two years, underscore C&D’s leadership in telecom power solutions by meeting stringent Telcordia SR-4228 and GR-63 (NEBS) standards.
Additionally, C&D will display its Pure Lead Max VRLA batteries, which utilize innovative Pure Lead AGM technology to enhance battery life and sustainability. These batteries are 98% recyclable, constructed with up to 80% recycled materials, and come with an 8-year limited warranty. They are designed to minimize environmental impact while meeting UPS data center requirements.
C&D’s booth will also feature their new factory-assembled battery cabinet solutions, which aim to reduce the UPS system footprint, and other critical power solutions like the msEndur II AGM, Broadband AGM BBA, and Gel BBG batteries. These offerings highlight C&D’s commitment to delivering robust and sustainable power solutions for telecom and data center operators.
