Bucks County Police Issue Warrant for Alleged Serial Liquor Thief

RICHBORO, PA — The Northampton Township Police Department has issued a warrant for the arrest of a man accused of stealing alcohol from multiple Fine Wine and Spirits stores throughout Bucks County.

Andrew Nesmith, 65, is alleged to have stolen alcohol valued at over $360 from the Richboro Fine Wine and Spirits store. The theft was not in progress when police arrived at the location on 890 2nd St. Pike, Richboro, PA, in response to a complaint.

Upon further investigation, Nesmith was identified as the suspect by the complainant. It was also discovered that several other Fine Wine and Spirits stores across different townships in Bucks County were victims of similar thefts, allegedly committed by Nesmith.

Nesmith is described as a Black male, 6’0″ tall, weighing 230 lbs, with a bald head and brown eyes. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact the Northampton Township Police Department at 215-322-6111 or submit a tip online.
