WARRINGTON, PA — In a cross-state law enforcement effort, 38-year-old Rainford Salmon of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested and extradited to Warrington Township, Pennsylvania, on January 4, 2024. The arrest followed an outstanding criminal warrant issued in August of last year.

The extradition was facilitated by the Bucks County Sheriff’s office, who transported Salmon back to Warrington Township. Following processing and arraignment by Judge Seamon, Salmon was sent to Bucks County Prison on $75,000 bail.

The charges against Salmon originate from an alleged shoplifting incident at a Target store located at 401 Easton Road, Warrington, PA. The details pertaining to the alleged theft have not been disclosed at this time.

In addition to the Warrington Township charges, Salmon also had an outstanding warrant in Richland Township. He has been processed and arraigned on those charges as well.

As always, it is crucial to bear in mind that these are allegations at this stage. Salmon, like any individual facing criminal charges, is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. An arrest, a criminal complaint, or information does not constitute a declaration of guilt.
