AMBLER, PABradford White Corporation has announced its acquisition of Bock Water Heaters, a leading manufacturer of oil-fired water heating products and commercial water heating systems based in Wisconsin. The deal includes Universal Technologies of Wisconsin, Inc., Bock Water Heaters, Inc., and Tank Technology, Inc., collectively known as Bock Water Heaters.

This acquisition strengthens a partnership spanning more than 30 years, with Bock previously serving as both a supplier and customer to Bradford White. The move underscores a shared commitment to manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.

“We know from first-hand experience Bock’s commitment to manufacturing high-quality products,” said Bruce Carnevale, president and CEO of Bradford White Corporation. “This deal strengthens our ability to support our customers and provide them with an expanded offering of products and solutions.”

Bock, founded in 1929 in Madison, Wisconsin, currently operates two manufacturing facilities in the state. The company is recognized for its expertise in oil-fired water heaters and large commercial condensing gas-fired water heating systems. This acquisition is expected to enhance Bradford White’s U.S.-based production capacity and broaden its product portfolio.

Reflecting on the new chapter, Dale Einerson, CEO of Bock Water Heaters and TTI, stated, “We’re thrilled to become part of Bradford White Corporation and continue to produce high-quality products under a company with strong customer relationships and that is culturally very much aligned with ours.”
