SANTA CLARA, CA, and CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) announced a strategic collaboration with Boomi to improve customer experiences using AI-powered self-service solutions. This partnership will leverage ServiceNow Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) and Boomi’s API Management (APIM) capabilities.
ServiceNow will integrate Boomi’s APIM with its Automation Engine, offering users complete visibility and enhanced governance across their API landscape. Boomi, in turn, will use ServiceNow’s App Engine to streamline customer support and self-service, enhancing its Master Data Hub platform.
Enterprises often face challenges with manual processes and data silos. According to IDC, only 12% of organizations connect customer data between departments. AI is emerging as a key driver to improve operational efficiency and collaboration.
ServiceNow’s unified platform will help Boomi eliminate silos and simplify processes, reducing manual work through intelligent automation. Boomi’s use of ServiceNow’s AI-powered TPSM offering aims to transform customer support and expand self-service capabilities.
“As customer expectations evolve, businesses require simple, agile, and easy-to-use solutions to meet those needs,” said Paul Fipps, president of global industries and strategic growth at ServiceNow. “We’re thrilled to be working with Boomi to help them revolutionize their customer experience with the Now Platform.”
Steve Lucas, CEO at Boomi, added, “By integrating our intelligent Integration and Data Hub platform with ServiceNow’s powerful automation solutions, we’re able to deliver self-service workflows, eliminate silos, enhance collaboration, and drive operational efficiency.”
ServiceNow plans to introduce Boomi’s APIM solution to its customers, deepening its suite of intelligent automation solutions. This APIM platform will provide a centralized view of APIs, allowing creators to quickly discover, provision, and secure them.
The new offerings are expected to be available later this year.
