MEDIA, PA — Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz LLC (BGA&F), a full-service accounting and advisory firm, has announced its merger with William E. Howe & Co., effective December 2, 2024. The merger unites two well-established Delaware County firms, creating a partnership with expanded resources and enhanced expertise.
William E. Howe & Co. has been a trusted name in accounting, tax planning, audits, and advisory services for over a century. By joining forces with BGA&F, the firms combine their strengths to offer a wider range of services across industries such as real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing.

Clients from both firms can expect uninterrupted service, with added benefits such as broader capabilities, specialized expertise, and additional resources. The office of William E. Howe & Co. will continue to operate under the BGA&F name until September 2025, when it will consolidate with other BGA&F locations.
