NEWARK, DE — Babs Hot Chicken, the latest venture from the Osmanollaj brothers, will open its second location in Newark, Delaware, on August 28 at 11 a.m. The grand opening will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony, after which the first 100 guests will receive a free chicken sandwich. DJ Spinatra will provide live music to celebrate the occasion.
The Osmanollaj brothers, Leo, Jim, and Pep, are no strangers to the restaurant business. They are also behind M2o Burgers & Salads and Töska Restaurant & Brewery. This year has been particularly busy for them, following the opening of Babs Hot Chicken & Brews in Audubon, PA, in February. “We knew we wanted a second location for Babs,” said the brothers. “Delaware made the most sense to us as we have a few locations here for our other businesses, and we love being part of the community around the University of Delaware and Wilmington.”
