PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — AVE, the residential real estate brand of Korman Communities, in collaboration with RXR, has announced the opening of AVE Paradise Valley, a new luxury apartment community located at 12400 North Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix, Arizona. Opening on November 15, 2024, the property is the first residential project within the redeveloped Paradise Valley Mall area, now accepting applications for future residents.

Building on the success of AVE’s communities in Downtown Phoenix, AVE Paradise Valley aims to expand AVE’s presence in Arizona, catering to the growing population. “Following the success of our communities in Downtown Phoenix – AVE Terra and AVE Sky – we are eager to increase our Arizona footprint,” said Lea Anne Welsh, President of AVE and COO of Korman Communities. “We are thrilled to pioneer a new level of luxury living at the exciting, reimagined Paradise Valley Mall development.”

Designed by Nelsen Partners with construction by StreetLights Construction, the mid-rise community will feature 400 luxury apartments, offering both traditional and fully furnished options with flexible leases. Apartments will range from studios to three-bedroom units, with prices starting at $1,664 for studios and reaching $5,327 for three-bedroom apartments.

Residents will enjoy a suite of amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, a full-service bar, a fitness center, and a pet parlor complete with a spa and dog park. The property also boasts 36,200 square feet of indoor/outdoor space, electric vehicle charging stations, and several courtyards. Additionally, residents will have direct access to an on-site Whole Foods and numerous shopping and dining options within walking distance.

AVE Paradise Valley is strategically located, offering easy access to key sites such as Scottsdale Airpark and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. This prime positioning places residents near high-end shopping, dining, and recreational activities within minutes by car.
