Jim Minicucci, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Portfolio Management, has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Personal Care division. Since joining Ashland in May of the previous year, Minicucci has played a pivotal role in refining the company’s strategic direction. Effective April 15, 2024, Dago Caceres will assume the role of Vice President and General Manager of the Specialty Additives division.
