DRESHER, PA — Ascensus has announced the appointment of Emily Pachuta as its new Chief Marketing Officer. She will lead the firm’s digital, marketing, and analytics capabilities, reporting directly to Ascensus President Nick Good.
Pachuta started her role on June 17 and is now part of the company’s executive leadership team based at its Dresher headquarters.
“Emily Pachuta is a highly experienced leader in our industry with a track record of bringing together digital, marketing, and analytics capabilities to drive business growth and improve client outcomes,” said Good. “She understands the importance of fostering emotional connections with a brand and delivering increasingly positive experiences for the clients we serve. Pachuta brings over 20 years of marketing leadership experience from the financial services sector. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing & Analytics Officer, Americas for Invesco, where she spent nearly six years enhancing the company’s brand, digital presence, analytics, and distribution technology capabilities.
Before her tenure at Invesco, Pachuta held several significant roles. She was Managing Director of U.S. Retail & iShares Marketing at BlackRock and led Client Marketing & Investor Insights at UBS Wealth Management Americas. At Lincoln Financial Group, she headed the centralized Strategic & Product Marketing organization. Her career began at Merrill Lynch Global Private Client business in various roles overseeing integrated marketing, public relations, and creative services.
Pachuta succeeds Carl Negin, who had been leading marketing at Ascensus since 2018. Negin decided to leave the company to spend more time with his family and explore new opportunities.
Pachuta holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Yale University and a Master of Fine Arts from New York University.
Her diverse background and extensive experience position her well to drive Ascensus’s marketing strategy forward, enhancing both client engagement and business growth.
