Ardent Credit Union Offers $15,000 in Scholarships to High School Seniors

Ardent Credit Union

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Ardent Credit Union is extending a helping hand to high school seniors with dreams of higher education through its annual scholarship program. With $15,000 in scholarships on the line, students have the opportunity to alleviate some of the financial challenges associated with college by participating in the creative and community-oriented competition.

The program offers a $5,000 grand prize scholarship to one winner, alongside four additional $2,500 scholarships. Applicants are encouraged to showcase their achievements in academics, extracurricular activities, and community involvement through a short, creative video.

Eligible participants must be high school seniors and Ardent Credit Union members who hold an account in their own name. The competition challenges students to submit a “viral-worthy” video, earning points for creativity and originality in presenting why they deserve the scholarship.

Applications, including the video submission, must be completed by March 31, 2025. Entrants will be evaluated by Ardent’s Scholarship Committee, and the five winners will be announced by the end of May 2025.

This initiative exemplifies Ardent’s efforts to support local students as they prepare for the next chapter in their academic journeys. By offering financial backing and a platform to highlight their accomplishments, Ardent is working to make higher education more accessible. Learn more about this opportunity here.
