WARMINSTER, PA — Anthony & Sylvan Pools has announced the appointment of Andrew Masterman to its board of directors as the company prepares for its 79th season.
Masterman, an experienced executive currently serving as senior managing director at Madison Industries, brings extensive leadership expertise from roles at prominent companies such as BrightView Holdings, Precision Castparts, and ESAB North America. A graduate of Colorado College, he also holds multiple advanced degrees from the University of Michigan, including a Master of Business Administration.

Masterman, who divides his time between Villanova, PA, and Orcas Island, WA, is fluent in Japanese, an avid skier, and a dedicated member of the Board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Philadelphia.
