Alleged Serial Shoplifter Strikes Again at Fine Wine and Good Spirits Store

LANCASTER, PA — A man suspected in a series of retail thefts has allegedly struck again at the Fine Wine and Good Spirits store in East Lampeter Township. The incident took place at approximately 12:45 pm on December 31, 2023.

The suspect, recognizable by his long dreadlocks as seen in surveillance photos, is accused of shoplifting a bottle of tequila valued at over $50.00. According to the East Lampeter Township Police Department, the man concealed the liquor in his pants before selecting and paying for a bottle of wine. He then exited the store without paying for the concealed tequila.

This incident marks yet another in a series of similar alleged thefts at the same location, with the suspect’s distinct hairstyle making him a recognizable figure in the surveillance footage. As such, local authorities are urging anyone who may be familiar with the suspect or who has any information regarding this incident to come forward.
