PHILADELPHIA, PA — Insigniam, a premier consulting firm known for its work in innovation, transformation, and organizational breakthrough, has announced a significant honor for its founder and Elixirr partner, Nathan Rosenberg. The Management Department of the United States Air Force Academy has established the Nathan O. Rosenberg Award for Exemplary Performance in the Consulting Capstone.
Rosenberg, an alumnus of the Academy, has been a trusted advisor to executives of some of the world’s leading companies for over three decades. His work focuses on catalyzing breakthrough results, fostering corporate cultures that offer competitive advantage, and executing complex, enterprise-wide transformations.
For over 30 years, Rosenberg has made annual visits to his alma mater, sharing his experiences and insights in management consulting with the Academy’s first-class cadets (seniors) who major in management. These cadets select two capstones for their final year, one of which is a practical application of consulting skills with a non-profit organization in Colorado Springs.
The Nathan O. Rosenberg Award will be given to the consulting team that delivers the most value to their client, recognizing Rosenberg’s significant contributions to leadership and management fields, as well as to the Academy’s Management Department.
Reflecting on the honor, Rosenberg said, “Anyone who is worried about America’s future should spend a day at the Academy with these extraordinary young men and women. They bring their smarts and their commitment to making a difference and provide valuable consulting services to important charities.”
Rosenberg’s company, Insigniam, was founded over 35 years ago and is known for pioneering the field of organizational transformation. It operates under the umbrella of Elixirr, an award-winning global consulting firm founded in 2009. Elixirr, listed on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange, aims to challenge traditional large corporate consultancies by working openly and collaboratively with clients, delivering outcomes based on innovative thinking rather than methodology. Since its inception, Elixirr has acquired six boutique firms, including Insigniam, to broaden its capabilities and reach.
