Adrienne Morrell Joins MRO Corp as New Vice President of Government Affairs

NORRISTOWN, PA — MRO Corp. (MRO) recently announced the appointment of Adrienne Morrell as its new Vice President of Government Affairs. Morrell brings to the table over 25 years of government affairs experience, covering both state and federal rulemaking linked to Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and health IT.

Prior to joining MRO, Morrell served as Senior Vice President of Public, Government, and Community Affairs at SCAN Health Plan, where she was responsible for all facets of the company’s government affairs strategy. She was also a crucial member of the senior leadership team. Before her tenure at SCAN, Morrell held the position of Executive Vice President of Federal and External Affairs at America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), managing the trade association’s advocacy, government affairs, and public policy activities.

Additionally, Morrell spent over a decade at Health Net, Inc. as the Vice President for Government Relations. Early in her career, she held legislative roles on Capitol Hill with a U.S. Senator and Member of Congress.
